Whether you require a conference or meeting room in Kent for 2 or 200 delegates the East Malling Conference Centre has a variety of conference rooms to suit your requirements, with additional breakout areas available too.

Pippin Suite

Also facing out onto our beautifully landscaped gardens is the Pippin Suite. Slightly smaller in size than the Garden Room this is also located on the ground floor of the main conference centre & benefits from lots of natural daylight. Seating up to 30 delegates this is a flexible room with partition walls which can separate the room into two smaller syndicate rooms.

Pippin Room 1 & 2

Available to hire as stand alone Conference Rooms, Pippin Room 1 & 2 comfortably seat 10 delegates in a board room layout. Pippin 1 has views on to landscaped gardens and both rooms are light and airy.

With our own in-house catering team, all our food is prepared fresh on site each day using only the freshest ingredients. Where possible, we source local foods to help support local businesses.
