All of our food is prepared freshly on site each morning by our highly qualified and experience chef.

There are a variety of menus for you to choose from offering a delightful selection of both hot and cold buffets. Our Bronze Menu is included in the delegate rate, however for a small additional fee impress your delegates by upgrading to our Silver or Gold Menu package.

Our Kentish Ploughman’s buffet presented on a large wooden serving platter provides a stunning and sumptuous centre piece to any luncheon. All items on this menu are sourced from local producers in Kent, helping to support and sustain local business.

Alternatively, our Healthy Options Menu is a low calorie buffet selection for the more health conscious delegate and uses low fat ingredients where possible.

Why not spice up traditional morning tea breaks by selecting one of our Early Morning Wake Up Breaks, choose from fresh fruit smoothies or super foods such as bowls of succulent blueberries, ensuring delegates are ready and alert for the day ahead.

Avoid the afternoon 3 o’clock sugar slump by providing delegates with one of our Afternoon Brain Busters, choose from fresh strawberries coated in white and dark chocolate, chocolate cup cakes or for cold winter days warm up with rich hot chocolate with mini marshmallows all guaranteed to get delegates brains in gear for the last part of the day.
